did you try doing a parts search with the numbers on the side?
Look like 3W 6.8 ohm (6R8) 5% (J) resistors to me. Measure the lead spacing and you should be able to find suitable replacements at Mouser or DK.

Though I doubt there's anything wrong with these, they don't look damaged.

I'm a tech and I cant even locate that vender logo best I could come up with is "Astec Semiconductor" but nothing else. Are the numbers 6R8J 88C6-E20? At least we now it some kinda resistor.

Thanks! That is awful close if not exactly it. The reason i suspected these parts is because when you power on the tv they get extremely hot pretty quickly then the tv shuts down. This may be caused by something else, who knows, i'm not a tv tech.

they are supposed to get warm. but if they are getting really hot, it may be something else in the circuit before or after the resistors.
