So I am building myself a new home file server. Its a 4U rackmount case

Im going to be putting this motherboard into it.

The backplane has 10 molex connectors, and then another one for the middle fans. The MOBO has a 24pin main connector and a 8pin cpu connector.

I have no idea what kind of power i need, I just dont understand how PSU's work eps/12vrails/etc does not mean anything to me.

I'd like some reccomendations, and if you could give me some guidance into the PSU world that would be a great help.
