Voltages/Temps look good for my OC?

I'm on air at the moment, CM 212+, it tops at 1.4v under load. Should/Could I push it any higher?

Load temps never go over 55C

I run at 4.5 on my 2500k for everyday use. If you don't need the extra speed beyond that, don't bother.

I would have to second what TheGamerZ said, once you go above 4.5/1.4v it starts to increase rapidly the amount of volts you need to hit a higher/stable OC on most Sandy bridge CPU's.
