My games crashes during 10-15 of game play please help!

OK so I play CSGO and sometimes during 10-15 minutes in gameplay my game crashes I go to event viewer and I see this message

I play the game fine full 1080p 60 fps please! sorry about the long post! Btw I'm looking for a new PC I want it water cooled so I have a $1200 budget can you guys recommend me one?
