Ok, so here I am, just finished up my first ever water cooling setup. It took a while with leaks (for not retaping my res) and incorrect fittings for my res originally. But anyway, final result isn't bad. Here are some pics that I just took right after I reasembled my PC. I still need to rerout my wiring so that it looks better, but I thought I'd show pics cuz I kinda likes the way my rad turned out. I mounted it to the top of my case with 4 3"x1/8" bolts.

Sorry but the first pic is sideways.....

How do you get the air out with the radiator up top? I don't see how you could assemble it, get the air out, then install it because you have to detach the tubing to fit it to the radiator through the holes in the case.

nice choice of pipes, bt the wire management I will agree on. and are you not going to close that case up? either cut some holes on the case to let that pipe go through or cat a little half circle on the door so you can cover it up. looks nice, but not neat.

ya, the case will close up, that wire to my fans is on the back side of my case and I will be drilling another hole that will drop the wire straight down behind my mobo.

You asked the question about air in the rad, I'm sure that I prolly haven't gotten it all out, but it seems to run pretty fine..... I filled my res completely to the brim. Turned it on, let it run added water. After running it for 24 hours on leak testing I tipped it upside town and ran it for another 2 hours to hopefully help get some air outa rad.... I then turned it off and installed all my parts.

Real men bleed the system with it installed. Finally another person who followed my radiator mounting example! :D

Dang, I fail again at originallit, lol. Anyway, I still ike how it "hovers" over the case on just several bolts?

That's what I'm wondering.. how do you do that when the radiator is on top? Do you just flip the case on it's side? Thanks

I tip mine only slightly forward and that's enough, at least when you have a lot of flow.

Definitely, and you get the benefit of not heating up your case or using case-heated air.
