So I think I finally got a good OC (see sig for hardware), and I just want to run it past you guys to make sure that all my various temps and voltages are good for 24/7 operation, and to see if you guys have any suggestions on how I can make it even better:

BIOS:
FSB = 458
Multi = 9
Freq = 4122 MHz
vcore = 1.375
MCH = 1.44
ICHIO = 1.6
vTT = 1.32
DDR2 Ref = +2%
ICW = 1.05
CPU GTLREF = 63%
core Temp = 22°C, but this never changes or fluctuates (BIOS update Needed)
RAM timings (PRIMARY) = 5-5-3-13
RAM timings (SECONDARY) = 43-5-3-3-3-2T
RAM voltage = 2.1
RAM ratio = 1:1

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following reading are In Windows during OTHROS small FFTs load

Everest Readings Day 1:
vcore at idle = 1.35 - 1.37
vcore at load = 1.33
mobo at load = 21°C
CPU at load= 30°C
Core1 at load = 50°C
Core2 at load = 50°C
PWM at load = 42°C

Core Temp Readings Day 1:
core1 = 45°C
core2 = 45°C
Tjunct = 100°C (this never changes or fluctuates, idle or load)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following reading are In Windows during OTHROS small FFTs load

Everest Readings Day 2:
CPU at load= 39°C
Core1 at load = 57°C
Core2 at load = 57°C
PWM at load = 47°C

Core Temp Readings Day 1:
core1 = 52°C
core2 = 52°C
Tjunct = 100°C (this never changes or fluctuates, idle or load)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following reading are In Windows during OTHROS small FFTs load

Everest Readings Day3:
CPU at load= 43°C
Core1 at load = 61°C
Core2 at load = 61°C
PWM at load = 49°C

Core Temp Readings Day 1:
core1 = 55°C
core2 = 55°C
Tjunct = 100°C (this never changes or fluctuates, idle or load)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SuperPI 1M = 11.063s

As you can see, Core Temp readings are consistently 4-7°C Under Everest.
I'm hoping that some BIOS updates will eradicate the inconsistencies between these two programs, as well as allow the BIOS (and uGuru) to read temps.

I've never had a dual core chip and this is my first Intel in a long time, so I'm not sure how to interpret my temps.
With my AMD Venice, then CPU temp should have been at about 50°C or less for 24/7 operation.
But,e8400 is very different chips and I'm not exactly sure where my temps should be.
My CPU temp looks good but the core temps are much higher.
I know that the core temps are read from the chip itself and should be higher than CPU temps, but are my temp ranges okay?
What kind of CPU and core temps should I be looking to be at/under for 24/7 operation?

The temp changes over the 3 days are supposed to show a range, given ambient temp changes.
I would also like to add that this OC has passed memtest86+ 24 hr, ORTHOS small FFT 48hrs (two separate 24hr sessions), and ORTHOS blend 24 hrs.

I'm sorry that the information isn't organized particularly well, but please look it over and see if I should make any adjustments.
Are my temps good?
Are my voltages good?
Is there anything I should do to try and get more OC, or am i at the cusp of acceptable voltage/temps for 24/7 operation?

Any thoughts, suggestions or discussion would be GREATLY appreciated.

***************************************UPDATE***************************************

I was running beta 16.09 until last night, when I decided to give beta 17.02 a try. I flashed, cleared CMOS, loaded optimized defaults, then set all my OC settings. I saved, then went back in and verified all was correct. After that I went into Vista and found that while the CPU temp has always been stuck at 22°C in BIOS, now Everest shows 22°C when idle. If i load up anything, it immediately becomes "unstuck" and jumps to the mid 30s and continues to climb as normal. Looks like the newest beta BIOS is more unstable for me than the beta 16.09. I started a ORTHOS test for overnight OC stability test and to my dismay it failed after 1.5hrs. The only thing that was different was the new BIOS (obviously), and the fact that I "Loaded optimized defaults" before setting my OC settings. I am going to try clearing and just setting my OC w/o loading optimized defaults and see if that makes a difference. If not, then I'll try official 16 bios. If that fails too, then I'll go back to beta 16.09

looks not bad. what he said ^^

what voltage is your ram actually rated for?

2.0 for 400MHz

2.1v for 500MHz

So, it's right on the money. I'm thinking of trying it at 2.0 for a 24hr Memtest86+ test... these sticks don't do much better with more juice, and can probably be undervolted.
