You'll enjoy it. Definately a solid set of upgrades. Don't forget to flash to the F7 bios when you get it if your going to be overclocking. Makes a nice difference.
 
id wait to purchase. new conroe cpus are coming out the 8th along with the G80 (and new nvidia chipset mobos?)
 
New conroe cpu? You mean the Conroe-L? That's supposed to be just single-core.

The nvidia 680i probably won't be cheap though for a while, though.
