I recently had some trouble upgrading the bios on my A7V600 mainboard. The manual did not say to rename the file downloaded from their site from .awd to .rom therefore when it flashed, it corrupted the bios. I was pissed. I sent the bios off to be reflashed by them last wednesday.

GOOD NEWS!

I receive my reflashed bios on Tuesday the following week, TODAY! IT WORKED!

This, I think, is awesome customer service. In barely enough time for the package to reach their bios department, it was back in my hands. Thank you Asus!

hah i got the a7v600 and it flashed fine without renaming anything, but i dont like this board anyways :/
