My 9800 pro vs another

In that thread that 9800 pro gets like 375 fps on the botmatch-inferno i did the samething and i get around 20 to 50. What could the problem be?

Well for one thing, your RAM is holding you back big time, he's running 3200 and 1gig, your only running 2100 and 512. And your CPU is a bit lower then his, which will hurt in botmatches due to the AI. Also could be that your vsync is on

nah it off, but do u think i bought a new the NFS-7 and PC-3200 do u think that would help alot?

Did you have the exact same settings? Did you have Anti-Aliasing or Anistrophic Filtering enabled?
