How would i find out if i have Barton, Thoroughbred or etc. and would be the difference?

Barton made 2500, 2700, and the newer 3000.
Thoroughtbred 1500 to 2400 and 2600.
Paliminos iforgot to 2100 (there green).

Barton's have twice the cache of Tbreds.

Bartons run at 166/ 200 fsb.
Thoroughbreds run at 133 fsb.
