I decided get the mxduo considering how many great reviews it has. After setting up everything and d/l the newest mouseware drivers I will admit its extremely accurate, BUT, the lag is just unbearable for me in games. Ive tried everything to fix it, I did notice a difference when I changed mousepads, but still have noticable lag.
I noticed a option for increasing performance reading a article on here that talks about speed up, but the dam option is not in my mouse control panel, and yes I have it hooked up to the ps2 adapter.
Any suggestions/comments would help, this is frustrating, its such a nice mouse.

you might be getting interference. if the docking station is next to your monitor, i suggest moving it about a foot away, maybe more. If that doesnt work, rma the mouse, you shouldnt be getting lag with this mouse

Since there is no lag with the Mouse, there has to be something wrong. I do not recommend the Duo, the Mouse itself is wonderful, but I am not sure how it works when both are Wireless.

Take it back, get a new one and also do not install the Software.

I used to keep mine next to my monitor, or on top of my case because I have no room. It was screwed up sometimes, so I moved it onto the floor like 2 feet away from electronics and it is flawless now.

I think that did the trick, I did have it kinda close to my monitor, its now on the floor away from it and works 100 times better, thanks :)

Yeah I had the same problem 7 months ago, moving it from the moniter or a power supply makes a lot of difference.
