Ok so yesterday I needed to get behind my PC and I twisted the case and I heard windows sound that my usb mouse unplugged. I looked back and noticed that the usb wire for the mouse was pulled tight. Ok so now I can fidged with it and make it work sometimes. but as soon as bass hits from my sub or I bump my desk enough to shake the case it unplugs. I don't wanna buy I whole new mouse and everything. Is there a way I can just get a new base ? Do you guys think I can cut open the USB part and see whats up inside of it ?

Theoretically, it would not be hard to cut the end off of the cable and then reattach it with a good connection. From what you said, you seem to have pulled the wires out at the base of the actual USB plug.

I wouldn't do it if you have a warranty of any kind...that would just be dumb.
