I know there are a number of progs out there that do exactly this but I am looking for something that is highly recommended so I can avoid having to do the rounds myself. Thanks!
I have tag & rename currently, a great program but doesnt automatically maintain the file structure. That is definitely the key, a program that will dump new files into their appropriate folder.
