I'm considerind getting a p4 2.4c or 2.6c on Monday when the prices drop. I'm also looking at getting a DFI PS35-BL motherboard to put it on. I've got 2 512 mb Mushkin lvl2 pc3500 (DDR433). Does anyone know if this memory will let me get a good overclock with the p4 800mhz fsb, or will I have to upgrade to pc3700 or pc4000?

Also, has anyone used this board, and is it a good overclocker? It is a microatx moard and uses the 865g chipset. I've been reading good things about the 865pe - how does it differ from the 865g, other than the 865g has built-in graphics that i won't use anyway? Is hyperthreading supported with this chipset?

the level 2 can be overclocked more, however I have the level 1 which is still good. newegg has a hyperx 512 stick of pc3700 for 112 so might wanna consider that too.
