So I used to run a single 295 gtx (ran my 3007 wfp hc) and a 9600gt (2x 2001fp's), but I just wasn't happy w/ the noise, heat and performance.
So now I am opting for 2x4890 Toxics in CF to power my 3007 and get a PCI-Express x 1 gpu w/ duel dvi's to power my 2x2001fp's...so is this possible? any foreseeable driver issues? I mean logically this should work right? as you can use CF for duel monitors, but being the performance fps whore that I am, I want to utilize it all for my 3007 as the resolution can really put a lot of stress on a gpu. and use the PCI gpu to power my 2x2001's for movie watching/temp monitoring etc.
