Multiboot Windows USB drive?

I was wondering what you guys use to create a multiboot windows USB drive? I was looking at using YUMI, but I found it only allows one windows install. I looked at Sardu, but that only supported multiple windows installs in the pro version. I also tried xboot, but had problems with it. It also doesn't appear to be supported anymore.

I was wanting to do one with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10 all on one drive along with my tool iso images.

Supposedly a tool called WinSetupFromUSB can do this although I haven't tried it yet and the instructions seem kinda screwy.
