Hey i just recently shipped otu my MSI 6800 for RMA. The ship delivery was the 28th of september. It's now basically the 3rd of october and i havent heard form MSI since. Is this normal at all, I havent gotten an e-mail or anything. I got the RMA number confirmation number the next day..........................all i can say is WTF :confused: :confused:
 
i rma'd a msi geforce 4200 for a friend. I think they took about 3 weeks from the time i mailed the card until the time it came back, and they didnt keep me informed about anything after i got the rma number. if you want to know what the status is, just give them a call, im sure you'll find out something.
