Does anybody have any links with more info on the MIS AGP/PCIe video card? That sounds like the way to go for me...unless of course its prohibitively expensive. I'm not ready to upgrade my mobo, but definitely my vid card.

Did you notice that the MSI Dual gpu cards has the sLI interface unlike the asus Dual cards?

Definetly interesting.

I want to know when it will be available

How much it will be

and if there any differences from a standard X800 that will not allow it to work with Crossfire if in a PCI Express System.

If its out by the end of the year, is 300 dollars or less, and will work with the crossfire then I will be buying one :)

i cant imagine how thats going to stay on the motherboard...it wont be screwed into back of case

I would think that the clip on most boards would do an ok job keeping it in, but transporting could be problematic. Definetly no putting any Zalman coolers on that card :)

it says it will work in crossfire as a slave card right in that link ;)

Jazz Multimedia had a similar idea 7 years ago with the Bonnie & Clyde AGP/PCI card.

I can't find any pictures of it though. :(
