i have just got my new msi 9800 pro card.i wanted to know how is the quality of the fan.
like is it ok if i keep my pc running for 40-48 hrs continuously.will this have any bad effect on the card fan ?
 
As long as you aren't leaving on any heavy overclocks, the fan, and card, should be just fine. That is what they are designed to do. Run.
 
Should be okay unless you have a very dirty environment. If you do decide to ever clean the fan, be VERY careful. :)
