I need to get me some knowledge.
Does anyone know of a speed course book, or website, or anything on these subjects?
I'm looking to learn the basics here, I'll gain further training from work, once I have the basics down. Any recommendations?

"Mastering Exchange Server 2003 24server" by Jim McBee is one of the best Exchange 2003 books available.
