i have a number of audio files that play in winamp but id like to convert them to MP3 so itunes (and subsequently my ipod mini) can play them. does anyone know of a program that can convert an entire song while maintaining good sound quality? thanks.
 
What format are you in right now? Generally, there is going to be a loss of quality when going from one lossy compression format to another. There are indeed many audio converters, but we can better recommend one if we know what the original format is.
 
im not even sure...in the file name it says .mp3 but it doesnt play in itunes. it does play in winamp though. odd.
