moving mailboxes sbs 2003 to 2008

So I'm knee deep in my SBS migration, followed the migration document and things seemed to be going fairly smoothly.
Now I'm trying to move the mailboxes, We've got ~30 of them, no bigger than 600MB each (most are ~200).

In the Move Mailbox wizard I get the option:
"Select the Active Directory Servers for this mailbox move"

Am I supposed to select the Source server or the Destination server? (Does it matter?)

I've tried both and neither seems to get the mailboxes to copy. Is there a way to see progress somehow?

Perhaps I'm just being impatient.

fixed!

Stop/started the exchange service on Source machine then tried moving a really small mailbox and it worked.

Seems to be very slow with either Active Directory server selected Source/Destination

Looks like it was a patience problem
