You have a Dell motherboard. 
In other words, you can get a program that tells you about your motherboard, but you will see Dell and maybe Intel typed in all over.
It is a motherboard made specifically for Dells.
Why do you need to know? For a CPU upgrade, search for "CPU-Z" on Google and download that program.

Yes, get CPU-Z, and it'll ID as a Dell mobo with an Intel chipset 99% of the time.
Dells use specially made Intel mobos anyway, just to let you know.

If you want more RAM, you can just go to Crucial and see what RAM would work with your system.

They have a memory selector.
For the dimension 2350, looks like you can use DDR266 (PC2100) DIMMS.

CPU-Z is a nifty little program that reports to you your CPU, your CPU make, stepping, revision, etc., current clock speed, voltage, memory DIMM information and memory timings, as well as motherboard information.
