What are the most dust proof case please if anyone knows?
What im looking for is dust filters on most of the places it can get in.
I was first looking for the most silent case, then combo silent perf. now DUST PROOF. I would hate my open design gigabyte 770s (which i most likely will buy) to get packed with dust after a few months and start to underperform.
My last build was very attracted to dust and I would like to avoid most of that now..
offtopic ps: in my lang dust means idiot ^^

so... u were looking for idiots proof cases that are silent.....???

i jus suggest combing over ur case with a gentle vacuum once or twice a week depending on how dusty ur house/place is or how long u have ur system running.

the more air it gets the better it is cooled, conventionally, but the air contains particles.

i guess filters would be a way to isolate which areas u might want to vacuum routinely.

It's pretty hard to get to get a dust free case unless all your components are passively cooled (I.e no fans)

Fractal Design R4 amd the Amtec P280 look like promising cases to start on a quiet build

i skipped this in the search results at first. But it looks quite good (not literally ;P)

Realistically, no case is going to be dust proof. But setting up your case with positive pressure will help a bit.

Check out some of Fractal Design's cases, both the Define and Arc series come with dust filters for your intakes to help keep the dust out, and positive pressure should help prevent the dust from entering from other crevices.

Any cases with a straight intake to exhaust path with a bottom to top airflow will do well at preventing dust buildup. My FT02 stays darn clean with just regular cleaning of the bottom filters. Like-wise, a RV-03 PC I built for a coworker with pets has stayed remarkably clean. The filter was gross (still easy to clean), but the insides were still very clean.

I had similar issues with my last build using the original Antec 300 case and air cooling. I live in a house that has zero insulation, 52 single pane windows and I'm surrounded by dirt fields. Yeah so... that was a biiiig mistake to go with such a drafty setup. Hopefully I wised up this time with my current Corsair 500r and Swiftech H220 liquid cooling setup. I doubt it's the "most" dust proof, but I'm happy.

my fusion remote case has never needed to be dusted out. i'm beyond impressed by it's capabilities to keep dust out.... but i doubt this case would fit your needs.

My advice is use fan controllers to slow you case fans down to the absolute minimum. If you manage to get all your fans to spin at 1000RPM or below your will get almost no dust buildup over time.

I have moved to a Corsair Obsidian 550D and it has been rather dust free compared to the other cases that I have had.

Higher static pressure fans and filters have been a boon in regards to keeping dust out.

Define R4, Arc Midi R2, Deep Silence 1 and 2 are all great cases for keeping out dust. Antec 300 two is also a great case for the dust averse, and is cheaper... but not as aesthetically pleasing as the others. They all pack plenty of dust filters.
