More Questions In The Apple Probe

As a follow up to the news post yesterday, and because people just can’t seem to get enough of this story, here is the latest on the Apple probe. Forged documents have been uncovered relating to the 7.5 million stock options given to Jobs in 2001. Obviously this, and the fact that Jobs hired his own attorney, has investors a tad bit worried.

Citing unnamed people familiar with the matter, the Financial Times reported that Jobs received 7.5 million stock options in 2001 without the required board authorization and that documents were later falsified to indicate otherwise.
