Monitoring Software Advice

I have a client that is requesting an application that will monitor internet usage, capture IM dialogues (at least on AIM), provide the capability of screenshots and possibly keylogging. All this plus the restriction of a hard to detect app for a cheap price...I'm not having very good luck. Most of what I've found is at least $99 and I have been asked to find a cheaper, yet reliable program. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

Ethereal
Specktor

*most of the above apps look good, but the cost factor is what's really limiting me.

A client being that cheap...you get what you pay for....and I try to walk away from clients like that.

yah, I saw the other thread and prolly should have just posted on that one to ask, but the only recommendations on there were too expensive for my client's request so I thought I would rephrase. Sorry for the bother.
