Monitor screwed on startup?

Ok I got a new monitor and it works perectly, except one little thing.


When ever I start up or restart my computer the monitor will not turn the screen on until windows boots up. This creates a problem cuz I have no idea how to do shit in my bios without seeing it.

Now I know the monitor is on because I see a yellow light then when I hear the music of windows starting up the monitor turns on :shrug:

Whats the deal???
