Modifying Windows XP SP2 Boot Logo?

Anyone know how to do it with SP2? I've googled around and the only ones I've found are for XP SP1 so I open up the NTOSKRNL.exe and find something different then in the SP1 guides. So far the Bitmaps are different instead of having 1-12 I get 1-8 and then 13-15. I can't figure out (by looking at the Bitmaps) which ones I should/can modify for XP Home now.
