Anyone know how to mod a Coolermaster LED fan so that when you adjust the rheobus it's hooke dup to the LEDs don't dim? I've seen ti done but I need info on how to do it. ANy help would be great.

I don't have the skill to do it myself, but I would just trace along the small wire that splits from the fan and powers all the LEDs, then sever the connection and make a new connection that plugs into a power connector that comes before the fan controller.

correct

i think the LEDs are in series so you would need like 9v to power them? your going to have to get a resistor and hook them up to your +12 line... also your going to have to see how much is going to them from the fan and how much current they draw so you can get the appropriate resistor
