Modding bash to work with windows?

Lol just a thought. I know I would definitely use it
 
obviously though, cygwin is limited in what you can do, as you cannot do any system configuration from it, it is not a virtual pc, or a frontend to windows.
if you want a decent cli environment why not just dual boot to a nix?
 
It's not bash, but SFU can give you a shell, and offer configurability. The newest version is much better than previous versions.
 
I don't dual boot to linux because that would require work ;)
