Just need to know whats a nice motherboard with onboard Audio, LAN (not a must but preferable) and RAID and will allow me to do some overclocking on a P4C, havent decided which CPU to get yet (leaning towards the 3.0C)

Best price to performance ratio a must!

I was looking at the IS7, any good?
