mini-itx with ecc memory

i know this isn't directly related to data storage, but i figured it goes along with it and this would be the best category to go with as it pertains to creating a data storage system

So does anyone know of any mini-itx boards that use ecc memory? I can't really seem to find any. Is there any technical reason why there aren't any?

Very little demand. Mini-itx form factor is not for corporate servers.

Any AMD based one, using real desktop processor might offer ecc capability. Intel sucks in this regard.

I'm not the OP but for some people, yes. Plus I always wanted to build a Solaris system using a Chenbro ES34069 or the like.
