Mini-ITX server case?

I'm jonesing for a tiny mini-itx case that apparently no one else wants. I'm after a mini-itx case with just a 5.25" optical bay - an Antec ISK300 only with a full sized 5.25. Does such a thing exist? Bonus points if it had a similar power supply situation (either has or is designed for a pico-psu like setup).
