Migrate OS Partition

I just bought a 240GB m500 and need to migrate my Windows 8.1 partition over from my 128GB Vertex3 (do not want to re-install windows and everything else).

What is the best way to do this? Norton Ghost? I noticed it is discontinued. Thanks.
 
I used acronis trueimage, but there are many other free alternatives, clonezilla is a notable one.
