Microfly fan question

Hello helpful people in the SFF forum!

I'm installing my Gigabyte GA-965M-S2 in my Microfly. Problem is that the motherboard only has 2 fan inputs for monitoring.

So I'm wondering, which fan should I have monitored by the mobo? The 80mm intake? or the 120mm exhaust?

Personal prefrence I guess. Although I can tell you the fan makes almost no noise at all plugged into a molex. If your woried about the fans stopping and you not knowing about it- then hook up the bigger one. It's doing more work so it should be most critical.

Yeah, my 120mm will be plugged into the motherboard. However, this is purely because of where the connector is on my board. The 80mm will be connected into a custom peripheral harness I am making for my modular supply.
