Ok, my parents computer's hdd just got critical errors so they are probably going to buy a new hdd. I figured I would take this chance to try to upgrade their graphics as well for my little brother who games some.

The pci slot has a weird shape and is almost wider then normal because it has such a skinny case. Is there video card that will fit this that is decent? looking to spend around $40-$100.

Go to dell.com punch in the service tag ..Should be on the back of the tower 90% of the time its found on the fan cut out

Click on system configuration and find out what kind of expansion slots it has
