Method to use PhysX w/ AMD cards?

Going back a few years, some of you might remember being able to do PhysX on AMD hardware as long as you had a second dedicated Nvidia card in your machine, too. It actually worked *better* than Nvidia's 2-card solution at the time.
Seems the developer stopped working on it, and the project died.

Anyone know of any ways to make PhysX work on AMD hardware these days?

I'm curious about going red again, but several of my favorite games actually do look much better with PhysX.

It can still be done with Hybridiz.exe and manually putting in the patched PhysX dlls.

Unfortunately it seems to be hit and miss depending on what you are playing. My neighbor got it to work in BL2, Batman AC, and Metro with a 7950 and GTX260. Just do a search on google for Hybrid PhysX and you will find a few forums with walkthroughs and what drivers to use and which to avoid.

P10-17000 here seems to know more about it.

I have read BL2 can get full PhysX enabled, in WillowEngine.ini, and pushed to the CPU for AMD users.

Unfortunately I didn't want to deal with Hybrid PhysX or editing individual ini's so I skipped the 290 and went to a 780 instead.

Good luck!

Thanks! I'm just glad something like this is at least somewhat possible.
I'm not about to jump ship yet, but it seems like AMD is getting better. Plus, Radeon Pro fixes most of my original gripes with them in the first place.
