I recently rediscovered what i used way back for window mesh. I use contour mesh from WIREFORM, and its a very good material, rather sturdy and aluminum. The maker of WIREFORM is www.amaco.com

Found a spec sheet of stuff here. Price was pretty decent and the results were pretty good =D

http://www.amaco.com/pdfs/AC2a.pdf?

any other guys or gals out there use this mesh material?

i was thinking about modding a comp to look "industrial" like some chainlink fence behind the plexi, dark silver looking case, ect...

that stuff there looks pretty good

i used the black stiffest wireform. I had some from back in my sculpture days, so i used it to make a grille for my chevette heatercore that goes in the bays of my YY cube. it worked okay, but if it were a heavier guage it would be better.

ive been pondering an idea for making a completly custom case with mesh and steel frame.

Thanks for the link, on my way to build the air cooling masterpiece!
