memory stick question

i got a cybershot dsc w1 from my dad (yay dad) and it comes w/ a generous 32 meg memory stick :rolleyes: i definately want to upgrade, but my question is what is this memory stick pro sillyness?

i'm generally not going to be taking pictures at full resolution so i should only need like a 128 meg or 256 at most stick and some of them come either pro or not for like 5 bucks more, is it worth it?

EDIT: also, does anyone have problems w/ the sandisk versions? they're cheaper, but i'm willing to pay more for reliability if it's an issue
