Ok well when I go into bios and adjust my clock frequency to to 213x16 my memory frequency goes to 424. When I adjust it to 16x215 it goes to 374 then at 16x28 is goes to 390 and when I type in 241x16 it goes to the normal 400. What does this mean and do? Does that mean I can oc to 241x16 without any adjustments, I'm so confused.... I'm trying 213x16 again.....
