What is the culprit of the mem scan locking up during initial boot? Was trying to OC to normal levels, mobile XP2600 at 210-220 FSB, 11-1.5 CPU multi, with ram at med-fast timings (tried 2-2-2-11 thru 2.5-3-3-11). CPU around 1.75v and ram 2.8v. Air cooling w/ SP97.

AN-7 mb with KHX-3500, 1 gig. Locked a few times at mem scan, then even in bios as I was trying to reduce settings! Had to clear CMOS to start over.
