do you have the mediabrowser service running? i have mine setup to overhaul the cache nightly, it runs in the system tray.

I do indeed. This doesn't happen all the time, it's just sort of an annoyance when it does. Random TV shows will have a grey background until I manually refresh them, at which point they nearly instantly come up.

I'm hoping that eventually they'll just make a stand-alone mediabrowser.
