Measuring out video card installations

Hey guys,

I have a mid-tower and an HD 4830 video card installed (I believe one of the ATI cards, not a separate vendor). I'm looking to move up to something like a GTX 275, but I can't find measurements on the length anywhere to figure out if it'll fit in my case. Anyone know the approximate length difference between a card like this and an HD 4830?
 
IIRC the GTX 2xx series cards are all around 10.5" while the ATI 4830 (pretty much equivalent in size to the 4850) is 9". That makes your difference to be around 1.5".
 
Ok, thanks. That should be enough to squeeze it in there. Although I guess I will wait until the new AMD's are out before buying something. (Didn't realize they were around the corner until I browsed around in here.)
