MAX3 owners: help me with an oc problem

Hi all, my setup is in my sig and heres my prob:

If I oc at ALL, even 1mhz fsb over I recieve the following error:
"Disk boot failure, insert system disk and restart"
This occurs immidiatley after the DMI pool update.

I have tried the abit 1.3 bios and the modded 1.3 bios by bigtoe. Have tried after loading optomized and fail-safe defaults and only changing the clock. I seem to be able to change all other options without a prob.

This mobo just replaced a gigabyte 8knxp that would allow me to get to 3.75ghz @ 1:1 so I know its not the mem or cpu.

Any help is much appreciated.

Set the AGP/PCI speed in the first bios menu item (Softmenu) to fixed 66/33 Mhz.
