Just wondering what others run on theirs. Im currently running mine at 1.3v and 1000mhz with an EK full cover block, temps around 50.

Nice temps, are those with full load?

I run my 6950 (unlocked) at 950mhz/1350mhz at 1.175, I just changed from 1.2, Ill see if it holds up with the lowered volts when I'm, done benchmarking. My temps: Idle 39-40, load is 59-60, Stock cooling with the MSI fan profile (It keeps the fan speed identical to the temp, and wokrs great. So with my temp is never will go over 60-61%.) Ambient temp of about 28-32c

Yeah id say its full load...GPU usage is at 100% anyway...BC2 at 6040 x 1080. OCed 2500k in the loop too.

Max ''safe'' voltage for the 6950 and 6970 is 1.3v. But you are never totally ''safe''. Anything can happen with high voltage.
