Considering Bitfenix Pandora, Lian Li PC-V359 and possibly Phanteks Enthoo Evolv.

No water or anything like that just a workstation PC for the office. Don't even need more storage than either a SSD or PCI slot.

Thoughts?

Technically the top ventilation is incredibly restrictive for aesthetic purposes, leading to placing a radiator there pointless. Doesn't matter if it's intake or exhaust.

Since OP mentioned air cooling, it should be fine.

Need to look at dimensions of these. Was hoping to save size but these mATX cases don't seem to offer much.

The enthoo certainly looks nice and has great features. Something like the Coolermaster N200 is a pretty darn small case if you're looking to save on size. It is of cheaper construction though. I'm personally not a fan of Bitfenix's cases, but Lian-Li's are usually pretty solid.
