I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask this.

My mother runs a business and she uses her Verizon account for E-mail. She has her contacts stored in Outlook 2007. When she sends an E-mail out to 200 of her colleagues, it gets marked as spam. The majority of these people are not computer savvy and don't know how to check their spam folders.

Does anyone know of any way to avoid this, such as lowering the list to a specific value or how? The required E-mail fields are always filled (subject and body). Would breaking the list down to 50 people, work?
