Managing Network Shares with .NET 2.0

I can't find the Class or Namespace that allows you to manage network shares from .net 2.0 applications. I would like to see what shares are currently on the computer and also create new ones. Does anyone know how to do this? I thought this would be a quick google solution, but I can't seem to find it with .net. I found a CreateNetShare for pre-.net apps, but nothing for .net.
 
I don't think it's in the framework; I believe you'll have to interop. You can find a sample here.
