Making holes....

Greetings, [H]ers, yesterday I was in the "post your rate my cables here" thread, and was very influenced by one of the peoples wire management that I saw...thing is, I cant really do that great of wire management, because My stupid case doesn't have any holes below the mobo area. People have talked about various many tools and the one that comes up most is the "dremel" How does that thing work? It obviously does the job, so I thought maybe I could get a little info on it.
 
The dremel is a rotary tool. it has a motor that spins. you attach various bits and can do a variety of things. You can drill holes, or attach a cutting disc, grinding stones, sanding wheels, polishing wheels, etc....
