I just went to install the new 6600GT that came in the mail. The uninstall drivers/swap cards/reinstall drivers process is something I have a few times before, so I wasn't anticipating any problems. When I installed this one and turned on the comp, however, my monitor wouldn't come out of power saving mode. All the fans come on, drives spin up, etc.I put the old card (9600XT) back in, same problem. Different monitor, same problem. Rearranged power hookups, same problem. Tried every RAM config available to me, same problem. I'm truly at a loss, I'm not getting any beep codes, the fan on the 6600GT is powering on, I'm lost. Can anyone help?
